SHIPPING

All the items are ready made, and I will send in 1-3 working days.
All orders are shipped from Rhode Island using USPS.
Custom orders will be sent in 4-7 working days.
Please Make Sure that your delivery address is correct!
I will not be responsible for items not delivered because of an incorrect address provided by buyer.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

I want you to love your new friend! If it isn't the right item for you, it must be returned within 15 days.
Return of items in original condition will be accepted for refund or replacement for an item of equal value.
Cost of returning the item is the buyer's responsibility.

If you want a certain hair color skin color, eye color, boy, or girl, please contact me.

You can also send me old baby clothes that your child has grown out of, and I can make a doll or softie out of those clothes. Email me for details. 

All items are made in a smoke free home.
